Well I've somehow done it. I had much help from ~Hehewuti (https://www.deviantart.com/hehewuti) so much credit goes to her. If anyone reads this do me a favor and check her and her Fallout comic (and pester her to make more).

god i'm so sorry! that really sucks :/ fo4 really is a diva when it comes to that, i'm only able to play on medium too and even then my pc sounds like it's about to explode
